How the tools are checked

Every tool shows the exact formula it uses and a worked example. Before a tool is published, its results are tested in a browser against the same numbers calculated by hand. New tools are added regularly, and each one goes through the same check.

All calculations run inside your browser. Nothing you type is sent to or stored on our servers, and there is no account to create. Your currency choice is remembered on your own device only.

Limits

Results are estimates to help you plan. Tax rates, legal rules and payment fees differ by country and change over time, so the tools ask you to enter your own rates rather than assuming them. For decisions with real consequences, check with a qualified adviser.
